有關：繳費靈繳交管理費服務

茲通知各業戶，為方便業戶繳交大廈管理費，本苑將引入繳費靈系統。由2003年9月1日起，業戶只需持有一個繳費靈戶口，即可用繳費靈繳交管理費。由即日起至9月23日，本苑將設置一台繳費靈終端機於一號會所接待處，方便業戶開立戶口。

 

有需要業戶只需按下列指示便可用繳費靈方式繳交管理費：

1.    攜同閣下之銀行提款卡或已連結提款戶口之信用卡到一號會所接待處使用終端機開立戶口，屆時業戶需自選一個五位數字之電話密碼及一個八位數字之網上密碼(如需要)，以作日後繳費用。

(如業戶已自行開立戶口，則不用再次開戶)；

2.       致電18013(中文)以開戶收據上之繳費靈戶口號碼及管理費單上之號碼登記賬單，而繳交管理費之 ‘商戶編號’為9290 (民亮發展有限公司)；

3.       日後可致電18033(中文)繳交管理費。

 

業戶日後亦可於其他繳費靈終端機開戶，繳費靈終端機分佈於電訊盈科門市部、全線吉之島百貨之AEON櫃位、以及地鐵、九鐵之生活站。

Re：Payment of Management Fee by Phone Payment Service(PPS)

 

Please be informed that in order to make you more convenient to pay the management fee, we are going to install the PPS system.  Starting from

1st September, 2003, residents can pay the management fee through PPS.  As a PPS account is needed, there will be a registration terminal at reception counter of Club House No. 1 up to 23rd September,2003 for you to open your PPS account.

 

Resident can follow the following procedure to pay the management fee by PPS：

1.      Bring along your ATM card or a credit card with ATM function to the terminal at reception counter of Club House No.1 to open your PPS account, you are requested to set up a 5-digit number phone code and a 8-digit internet password (if necessary) for payment excess.

(If you have opened your PPS account before, you are no need to open the account again.)

2.        Dial 18011(English) to register the management fee account by entering your PPS account number and management bill number, the merchant code of management fee payment is 9290 (Main Shine Development Ltd).

3.        Dial 18031(English) to pay your management fee.

 

If you want to open the account after the said period, you might open the account at other PPS registration terminals located at designated PCCW shops, Aeon counters in all JUSCO stores and all ESD kiosks located at MTR and KCR stations.
