有關：火警疏散演習

管業處將於2010年12月18日(星期六)上午10時30分至11時30分舉行火警疏散演習，藉此讓各業戶熟習住處的緊急逃生路線，當一旦遇到火警意外，可以迅速及安全地離開。

在演習開始前，消防警鐘將會鳴響長達一分鐘，屆時參與演習之業戶，請沿最近的樓梯到平台網球場集合 (請參閱背頁附圖)。演習完畢後，本處將於在二號會所薈萃廊舉行消防講座，屆時消防署職員將會向各業戶講解消防喉轆及各類滅火筒使用方法及一般防火知識等，參與演習之業戶將獲贈精美禮品乙份。

請各業戶抽空參與是次演習﹔有意參與之業戶，請填妥以下回條並於2010年12月16日(星期四)或之前交回平台管業處或傳真至2274 2077，以便統計參與人數。在此謹提醒各參與業戶於離開單位時，請緊記鎖好門窗；如殘疾人士、長者或孕婦有意參與，請預先通知本處以作適當安排。如有任何查詢，敬請致電2274 2022與本處關先生聯絡。

Re:Fire Evacuation Drill

Please be informed that an evacuation drill will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on 18^th December 2010 (Saturday) to enable residents to familiarize with the fire escape route of your residence and would leave the building quickly in case of fire.

When the evacuation starts, the fire alarm bells will be activated continuously for one minute. Participants please access to the nearest staircase to the Tennis Court at the Podium Level (as shown in the floor plan overleaf). After the drill, there will be a fire talk in the Cyber Lounge at Clubhouse No.2 during which the Fire Services Department will demonstrate the use of fire fighting equipments. A souvenir will be given to the flat who participate in the drill.

We do recommend all of you to participate in this precautionary exercise. Please fill in the reply slip below, if you would like to participate in, and send to the Management Office at Podium Level or by fax to 2274 2077 on or before 16^th December 2010(Thursday). All participants please be reminded to lock the doors and windows before leaving the flats. For any disabled, elderly or pregnant woman who would participate, please inform the management office in advance so that we would arrange for further assistance.

參加火警演習須知

演習日期：	2010年12月18日（星期六）
演習時間：	上午10時30分
集合地點：	南豐廣場平台網球場

1. 請注意火警演習日期、時間及集合地點，並應預先通知家人有關事宜。

2. 演習前，應盡量避免煮食及洗熨衣物。

3. 衣著盡量以輕便為主。

4. 在離開單位前，應檢查所有爐火及洗熨電器是否已關上。

5. 切勿獨留幼童在家。

6. 切記攜帶門匙。

7. 請勿使用電梯，應沿最近的樓梯前往集合地點。

8. 切勿爭先恐後，在必要時應協助老弱幼小前往集合地點。

9. 進入樓梯後，請隨手把防煙門關上。

10. 應認清走火通道位置，並向其他沒有參與的家庭成員講解正確的逃生路線。

11. 完成演習後，消防講座將於平台2號會所薈萃廊舉行。

Note to follow for the participant of Fire Drill

1. Pay attention to the date, time and assembly point of the fire drill, and inform your family members about the captioned issue.

2. Avoid cooking and ironing before the drill.

3. Causal wear and sport shoes are recommended.

4. Ensure cooking or ironing appliances are turned off.

5. Do not leave children alone inside the flat.

6. Remember to bring your keys.

7. Do not use the lift to go to the assembly point.

8. No hurry and provide assistance to the elderly and children to the assembly point if necessary.

9. Keep the fire door close after you pass through the staircases.

10. Keep in mind the route of escape routing and brief it afterwards to your family members who would not participate.

11. A fire talk will be held at the P/F, Cyber Lounge of No.2 Clubhouse.
