有關：防風措施

茲通知根據天文台預測，由於超級颱風「鮎魚」將於本週後期正面吹襲本港，請各業戶採取一切預防措施以保障 閣下及家人的安全。本處現提醒各業戶留意以下事項：

 

1.         當颱風訊號懸掛時，請把擺放於窗戶的花盆或其他雜物放回室內。

2.         穩固已破壞的玻璃窗戶。

3.      更換已損壞的窗鎖及手抽。

4.         於玻璃窗上貼上膠紙，以減低玻璃窗被風吹破時所做成的危險。

5.         確保冷氣機及機架已穩固安裝。

6.         如單位已搭建任何棚架，本處建議安排承辦商先行將棚架拆除。

Re: Typhoon Precaution

According to the Hong Kong Observatory, severe typhoon “MAGI” could approach Hong Kong later this week, please be reminded to take necessary precautionary measures to ensure the safety of you and your families protect your properties. In this regard, the following measures are particularly drawn to your attention:

 

1.    On the hoisting of Typhoon Signal, all flower pots and removable articles place next to windows should be relocated to a safe place.

2.    Refit all broken and missing window glasses.

3.    Replace all defective window locks and hinges.

4.    Fix adhesive tapes to window glasses to minimize damages in case of broken glasses.

5.    Ensure that the air-conditioners are firmly fixed and properly installed.

6.  For any scaffolding erected, you are advised to dismantle it.
