有關：冷氣機滴水事宜
炎夏已至，業戶於開啟冷氣機之餘，亦需注意 貴單位冷氣機是否有出現滴水之情況。冷氣機滴水不但滋擾下層單位及影響公眾環境衛生，更違反大廈公契及<<公眾衛生及市政條例>>(香港法例第132章)。本處謹呼籲各業戶檢查單位冷氣機有否出現滴水情況，以免對他人造成滋擾。
業戶如發現上層單位之冷氣機出現滴水，請致電2274 2022或2274 2011與本處職員聯絡，或可致電2163 9105與食物環境衛生署聯絡。

Water dripping from air-conditioners
As summer arrives,
residents would use air-conditioners regularly. You are kindly reminded to
ensure that your air-conditioners are free from water dripping. Water
dripping from air-conditioner not only causes nuisance to your neighbours of lower levels and pollutes the environmental
hygiene, but is also in breach of the Deed of Mutual Covenant
and Public Health & Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132).
Should you find water dripping from air-conditioner of the flat from
upper levels, please feel free to contact us at 2274 2022 / 2274 2011, or you
may also contact the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department at 2163 9105 for
assistance.
