有關：平台公眾地方吸煙及發出噪音事宜
茲通知各業戶，管業處近日接獲住戶投訴，經常有住戶於平台公眾地方(兒童遊樂場)吸煙及聚集，並發出噪音造成滋擾，特別於夜間時份。
管業處呼籲各住戶自律，請勿於平台及公眾地方吸煙影響他人及污染環境衛生，並且請勿發出任何噪音，以免對其他住戶造成滋擾。如對他人及環境衛生構成影響，管業處將有權要求有關人士離開。

It has come to our attention that reports regarding
some residents gather at common area at podium smoking and create the noise
nuisance were received from residents recently.To avoid cause any nuisance
to others, all residents are reminded do not generate any noise nuisance and
smoking which adversely affected the other residents at podium garden. Residents are advised to be
considerate for others, otherwise management office will request those to
leave.
